Transition Phase: (beginning glide)

______ Balanced on ball of throwing foot

______ Draw back to crouch position (still balanced)

______ Didnít cross knees

______ Unseating hips

______ Extending for the toe board

______ Didnít lead with the block side (arm and leg)

______ Rolled off the heel of the throwing leg

______ Didnít drag the foot across the ring

______ Hit center of ring at 3:00 (righties) 9:00 (lefties)
