About the Clinic

Format

This clinic is a USA Track & Field Sanctioned Event !!!!

ALL ages and talent levels are welcome to attend this ACTIVE clinic featuring the

Shot Put, Discus, Javelin, Weight and Hammer events

Groups will be divided based upon talent levels.

Athletes are welcome change groups at anytime.

Coaches are allowed to video tape

Clinic will be held regardless of weather, if necessary we will hold it indoors.

What To Bring

Bring your OWN implements.

Javelin is thrown off a synthetic runway so bring short spikes

Warm clothing, towels, gloves, hats etc.

ALL food and drink is provided at NO cost!!!

Where To Meet

As you approach the school enter the long driveway lined with trees.

Park in the big parking lot next to the tennis courts.

Enter the school via the steps at the 'High School Office & Gym' sign

7:00PM - 7:30PM  Registration

7:30PM - 8:00PM  Active body weight\medicine ball exercises.

8:00PM - 8:15PM  Olympic Lifting Demonstration

8:15PM - 8:30PM  Video breakdown of top throwers

8:30PM - 9:00PM  Visualization\Competition Strategy\General Q&A
